1. Subscription Model
Booka.club operates on a subscription basis.
- Pricing: £5 per venue per month (unless otherwise stated)
- Billing: Recurring monthly payments
- Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe)
By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing under these terms.
2. Free Trials
If a free trial is offered:
- You will not be charged during the trial period
- At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically begin unless cancelled
- You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access to the platform until the end of that period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
4. Refund Policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
This means:
- We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods
- We do not provide refunds for unused time
- We do not provide refunds if you choose to stop using the service during an active billing period
5. Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- We may retry the payment
- We may suspend or restrict access to your account until payment is received
- Continued failure to pay may result in account termination
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We may, at our sole discretion, provide refunds or credits in exceptional circumstances.
Any such decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and do not create an obligation to provide refunds in the future.
