Booka.club provides an online platform that enables sports clubs and organisations (“Customers”, “you”) to manage venue bookings, schedules, and related services. We act solely as a software provider and do not own, operate, or manage any sports venues listed on the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our services. If you are using Booka.club on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To use Booka.club, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription & Pricing

Booka.club is offered on a subscription basis.

• Pricing: £5 per venue per month (unless otherwise stated)
• Billing: Recurring monthly payments
• Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe)

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Payments & Billing

By subscribing, you agree that:

• Payments will be automatically charged on a recurring basis
• You will provide valid payment details
• Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of your account

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
• You will retain access until the end of the paid period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time

7. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Booka.club only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data
• Resell or exploit the service without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. Customer Responsibilities

As a Customer, you are solely responsible for:

• Managing your venues and bookings
• Interactions with your end users (players, customers, etc.)
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Booka.club is not responsible for disputes between you and your customers.

9. Data & Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you agree that:

• You are the data controller for your customers' data
• Booka.club acts as a data processor on your behalf

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and use your customers' data.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Booka.club platform remain our property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the platform
• Use our branding without permission

11. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Booka.club is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You breach these Terms
• You fail to make payments
• We are required to do so by law

You may stop using the service at any time.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
